Program Description

Strength Lab is a strength training experience built specifically for women in perimenopause and menopause.


We blend strength, recovery, and personalized support to help you feel stronger, leaner, and more energized — without burnout or confusion.


Choose the right fit for you:

Option 1: Core

  • 3x/week strength-based workouts led by a coach
  • Guided walking plan to boost recovery, fat loss, and general health
  • Access to our private support group and educational talks

Option 2: Plus

  • Everything in Core
  • Weekly access to 1–2 CrossFit or Hybrid classes (based on your goals and recovery needs)
  • Ongoing monthly Evolt scans beyond the first 3 months
  • Supplement guidance, accountability check-ins, and deeper tracking

Option 3: Premier 

  • Everything in Plus
  • Custom 1-on-1 nutrition coaching with Coach Mike
  • Personalized macros, meals, and supplement support
  • Full access to our nutrition platform with meal plans and progress tools
