Program Description

Strength Lab is a women’s-only strength training experience built for women 40+ who want to feel strong, energized, and confident again.


Built around the science of muscle, hormones, and recovery, each session helps you get stronger, boost metabolism, and build confidence without exhaustion or intimidation.


Every class is coach-led, small-group, and intentionally paced to balance strength training, movement quality, and recovery.


Our goal: help you feel strong, capable, and in control of your health again — at every stage of life.
